Tipchenitza Winery specializes in creating boutique wines, winery is located in the village of the same name in Northwestern Bulgaria. The varieties used are Vrachanski Misket, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Colombard - for white wines. For the production of red and rosé wines, the varieties used are Rubin, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. They have their own vineyards, but they also work with varieties from specific vineyards around the region. The vineyards are grown according to the principles of sustainable agriculture, as the winery strives to introduce environmental practices in every process from production to sales.
