The history of the Dos Alamos winery began in 2000 with a drawing of a glass and the dream of the owners to have their own corner where they could create and create wine that would delight their souls. The philosophy of the winery is to preserve, develop and promote the traditional wines of the region. The winery is built to use the action of gravity as this method of winemaking is more gentle. The varieties used are Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Traminer for white wines. For the production of red and rosé wines, the varieties used are - Rubin Gamza Merlot.
